Join us for a 5 Day Immersion Retreat in ʻConstable country’ a scenic rural area with great walks and beautiful countryside on the Essex/Suffolk border in East Anglia. U.K
These retreats enable exposure to the principles in a relaxed and informal way with good company and a friendly community. We all learn from one another as we are all students of this understanding.
Upcoming dates: June/October 2017
The purpose of the retreats is to fundamentally deepen and clarify one’s understanding of the three principles. Whether that’s for people who wish to facilitate, coaches/therapists who wish to work more with the principles or people who just want to have a richer life experience without necessarily sharing it with others.
All the retreats will be five days long (arriving Thursday afternoon and leaving Monday night or Tuesday morning).
Who’s it for?
- Anyone wishing to understanding the principles deeper
- Anyone wanting an immersive experience of the three principles
- Anyone wanting more peace of mind, wellbeing and resilience
- Anyone wishing to train as a facilitator
- A facilitator wanting more clarity
- Any coaches/therapists/change workers wanting to use a principle-based approach within their own practice.
The retreats are structured between classroom-like presentations, time for reflection, virtual mentoring and one to ones with facilitators.
There is a lot of free time to enjoy a walk or jacuzzi and space to get away or connect with others.
Previous facilitator graduates are also on hand to offer free one to one support for new attendees.
Testimonial videos from the facilitator students and retreat attendees
“I’ve almost had an ‘awakening experience’, there is less distraction and more quietness in my mind, and I am seeing more because there is less going on in my head, and the best thing is that it is a ‘take away’ that remains with me outside of the retreat.”Jonny Crebbin

About the trainers
Rudi Kennard and Jenny Anderson originally trained in the principles in 2004 with the late Sydney Banks and Dr Roger Mills. Since then they created the free resource www.threeprinciplesmovies.com and have undertaken numerous trainings all over the world including an internship with a principle-based government organisation in California.
They have presented to a diversity of populations, from prisons and addiction centres to schools, corporations and most recently with earthquake survivors in Nepal. They have also had the pleasure of presenting at numerous international conferences, talking on TV and radio and running facilitator trainings internationally.
“It is only in the last week I have really understood the true impact of the retreat on my partner, but seriously, it has saved him. Everyone who meets him can see that he is a kind-hearted, funny, well-intentioned soul, but he has been miserable and moody to live with over the last year and quite stressed and depressed. I could see he was suffering because of his thinking but I hadn’t realised how badly he was self-tormenting. It has ALL GONE. He has been playing football, swimming, taking out loads more time in the day to chat and be sociable AND being more effective and productive with his work!!!! It is truly like light is flowing through him again, the magic is back. I feel tearful writing this but I literally cannot thank you enough for creating a space where this could take place within him. I couldn’t do it alone by talking etc, he needed a place, an experience and you created that, I am so grateful – as is his Mum! ”

“It opened up the heart in me and it’s kind of like magic where a tsunami comes in and changes your blocked thinking.
It has offered me newfound hope, and ‘knowing’ that i’m ok its unbelievable, such a gift, such a gift.”
“I originally came with a lot of ‘heavy thinking’ and now there is a lightness and a peace I feel more in touch with, the veil is more translucent, and the quality of love. It’s been amazing and the perfect place for me right now.”
“Words can’t do it justice, I feel so full of grace and so expansive and I learnt so much in a ‘nonlearning’ way! I used to feel my life was a waste of space; that has utterly changed to the simplicity, ease and depth of understanding of this. I feel the truth of the saying ‘this has given me back my life.”
